Return request made simple.

We want customers to feel safe ordering BrowLume™. At the same time, beauty products are hygiene-sensitive, so every refund request is reviewed fairly before approval.

30-Day Review Window

Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Approval depends on the reason, photos, product condition and order details.

Launch price product. Refunds are reviewed to prevent misuse and unnecessary loss.

Refunds may be approved for

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Manufacturing or quality issue
  • Package confirmed lost after shipping review
  • Order problem reported with photo evidence
Important: Opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for full refund for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are usually not approved for

  • Opened or used hygiene products without defect
  • Change of mind after use
  • Personal color preference
  • Incorrect application or use against instructions
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal service
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a full refund. We review requests within approximately 3–7 business days.

Partial Refund Option

If a customer is unhappy but the product is opened or already tested, BROWLUME™ may offer a partial goodwill refund of up to 50%, store credit or replacement, depending on the case.

Full refunds are generally reserved for damaged, incorrect or defective products. This keeps the policy fair for customers without turning the business into a free sample buffet.
